1. 1. From the BlackBerry home screen, click BlackBerry Setup > Set up Internet Email > Add An Email Account. 
   2. Type your email address and password, and then click Next.
   3. Your BlackBerry will try to set up your email account automatically. If setup completes successfully, skip to the next step. If your email account can't be configured automatically, do the following:
      1. Click I will provide the settings to add this email account.
      2. Scroll down and then click  Next.
      3. Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP3/IMAP), and then click Next.
      4. Type your full email address for your user name (for example, tony@contoso.co.ke). 
      5. Scroll down and type the name of your email server. Click Next. 
      6. Enter the name of the outgoing server (SMTP). (i.e. mail.cotoso.co.ke,)   
   4. Click OK to complete the setup.

How do I find the server settings? 

To find your server settings, sign in to your email account using Outlook  . After you sign in, click Options > See All Options > Account > My Account > Settings for POP, IMAP and SMTP access. The POP3, IMAP4, and SMTP server name and other settings you may need to enter are listed on page under POP setting or IMAP setting and SMTP setting.
